A night featuring 3 of the most promising Nordic goth/industrial bands – one will be chosen for the M’era Luna festival.
An international jury of goth/industrial profiles has selected the Agent Side Grinder (SE), Black Light Discipline (FI), and Private Pact (DK) from the strong and vibrant Nordic Goth/Industrial scene to play at M’era Lunas “Nordic goth & industrial night” at SPOT Festival 2015, which takes at midnight on Saturday 2nd of May.
And after the three acts exhume the dark passions from the darkness of their pit of a soul at Radar on Saturday 2nd of May, one of them will be selected for a spot at M’era Luna, the major international Goth/Industrial festival taking place on August 8th & 9th in Hildesheim, Germany – the festival famous for celebrating ‘The Dark Lifestyle’ culture and music. This year featuring artists such as Nightwish, Rob Zombie, Asp and Einstürzende Neubauten.
The three bands have been chosen by an international jury, consisting of Stephan Thanscheidt (DE – M’era Luna), Esben Marcher (DK – SPOT Festival), Gothminister (NO – DJ), Neostalgia (SE – Goth club in Malmø), Kim Holm (DK – Recession Festival) and Peter Mesnickow (DK – The Black Cat).
On behalf of the jury Peter Mesnickow says: – I, and the rest of the booking jury, am excited by the quality of the three bands we are presenting at this year’s Nordic Goth/Industrial night at SPOT Festival. And it’s a pleasure to be able to send one of the three bands to a major festival like M’era Luna.
