Four years ago, the two friends Mathias Barfod and Matias Knigge Laursen sat in the small Guatemalan village Lanquin and wrote folk songs. They decided to form the indie band The Attic Sleepers, and named their debut EP after the village Lanquin. Their first single Airport received massive airplay on Danish national radio stations P6 and P4 as well as German, Dutch and English radio stations.
