Maggie Björklund has toured the world as a part of Jack White’s backing band The Peacocks, – headhunted by Jack himself, thanks to Maggie’s skills on pedal steel guitar. But she has proven herself as a solo artist as well, with two well-received releases in her own name. Her latest album “Shaken” is a collection of atmospheric and melancholic desert pop songs, drawing on her experience of tending her sick mother.
