DIYmag.com describes Blaue Blume as ”a very special band, the best thing to come out of Denmark since Schmeichel’s magic hands” – quite the statement, but it just might be true. Blaue Blume makes avant-garde pop centered around lead singer Jonas Smith’s dramatic vocals comparable to those of Antony Hegarty. The quartet’s EP “Beau & Lorette” ended up on several Danish music magazines “best of 2014” lists.
