SPOT Festival are proud to announce ten fresh faces, all signed with independent Danish record labels. Shiny Darkly have aleready toured internationally with their post-punk atmospherics and dark industrial sound , as have Dísa(IS) and her exploratory melodic pop-music, which draws influence from contemporary artists such as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Brian Eno and Fever Ray.
Also very happening right now are Peter Wangel and his band, after playing the huge Incheon Pentaport festival in South Korea in 2014, and underlining the great potential of his intimate electronic universe and dramatic intensity. Last but not least, The Attic Sleepers return to SPOT with their harmonic guitar play and dominant featherweight vocals. They have just released their debut EP, “Weekbreak”, and are currently touring Germany.
